Ford 390 Performance Help!?!

I was wondering would I found a junk 390 with good rods and it is a 1965 or 1966 390 and I have a 1975 ford 360 and I was wondering would this work if I did the 390 conversion and used these rods with a 390 crank? Does the year make a difference?

No, anywhere from '58 to '76 and you're good to go.
