AC issue...help!

Hey guys, as the Canadian summer is finally starting to get hot (for us anyway) I noticed an issue with the air conditioning. When I turn it on I hear what seems to be a relay clicking on and off. Yet this only happens when the AC is on. Does it need to just be recharged or is there a mechanical/electrical problem? Also, what is involved in recharging the AC? Thanks!

Where is the noise coming from?

It's perfectly normal to hear the clutch clicking on and off as it cycles. Does the A/C work properly? If so, it's not a "problem".

No cold AT ALL. Also, it clicks on and off when i switch it on about once every two to three seconds constantly.
