Limp Mode??

Limp Mode??
Does or did anyone experience a limp home mode on there truck, if so what did it all do, ect.... I have 02 with 5.4l and never a problem then got in truck and could hardly get it to move with barely any throttle or it would start missing and loose all power. I have tranny codes thinking it it in valve body solenoid, but just wondering if anyone else had this happen. How do U turn off limp mode, I guess i still have a problem since i cleared codes thinking it was a one time deal but came right back.

You might have some coil issues....I had 3 of my coils go out at once and I barely...just barely, made it home. No power, ran rough as crap... My codes were all for misfires. Just trying to post a similar past experience. We need the codes to be able to help you though. Hope this helps bro!

I had a problem similar to this when I did my exhaust. Turns out I shorted out one of my O2 sensor bundles which happened to short my tranny bundle as well. My trans was basically stuck in third gear. It was all because a blown fuse but I can't remember which fuse.
BTW I have an '03 with the 4.6L.

I asked him to post the codes on the 9th.
He has not responded as of this day the 11th.
You are correct, fuse 23 feeds a lot of functions.
Blown, the OX sensors do not work, the trans will not shift and some other function are in trouble.
