needing help motor issues????

1997 7.3 auto, motor completely stock, no programmer or stuff or intakes, only an exhaust mod aka straight pipe nothing else....

Some issues and the parts I've replaced....

Truck was running fine then fuel pump started to leak and felt like air in the system so truck started to run rough idle rough and not rev up hardly.. As in hold pedal to floor and drink a cold one before it would tac out ( not really that bad but bad half a cold one).... replaced fuel pump all new rubber lines and such... got truck to start no more leaks... still running rough, drove it around ******* it and still not responsive, new fuel filter as well...

Sunday I scan the truck do an injector buzz test... injectors 2,4,6,8 all buzz weak.. 1,3,5,7 strong. did it multiple times to verify and had a friend listen and count as well(tripple verifying) run a KoEo code scan and get a few(forgot sheet at truck will get em tomorrow).. led us to believe bad UVCH... replace both sides since I was in there already.... checked the main harness and nothing bad. Start it up and same issues.....

Long crank to start, rough idle and hard to gain rpms at idle.. put load on it (drop in gear) and sometimes die out.. then same thing long cranks to start....
Had batteried disconected for about 4-5hrs while checking everything and getting parts.

Sooo now open for areas to look at???

ICP?? IPR??? IDM bad or going bad(fuel pump driver module)???

Plan to rebuzz test the injectors
and rescan truck in morning...

This is a mud bog rig and trying to get it ready to do a bounty hole this coming weekend but been fighting this gremlin for 2 weeks.....

If you haven't gone through the bowl and cleaned it up yet thats one thing to do. Everything you may need is available from dieselorings.com.

You might want to pull the IDM out and check it for water.

Not knowing how old the injectors are they could be giving up the ghost.

Being a mud bog rig, I'd look at the IDM also. Shake it to see if there's any water in there, and if you've got one available, swap with someone and see if that clears it up.

Have you cleaned the FPR screen? That screen being clogged up really effects the ability of the fuel system to separate air.

On a mud rig, I'd cover the seams with silicone or some other sealant before installing the new IDM to help keep the water out.
