just bought my truck f250 2010 and they put the lift in it right away for me 6' pro comp with 37/13.5/20 tires . and when i turn corners the steering wheel is pulsing pushing my hand back. against the direction i am steering . so i took it into the shop asked for a wheel alignment and they took the hubs off to see in 4x4 was stuck in . and checked steering pump and they said nothing was wrong and the wheels are balanced. i noticed it has no steering stablizers . could that be it
when you run oversized tires you will notice things like the grooves in the road and maybe some wandering. Get a dual steering stabilizer for the truck and that will help.
Also check your air pressure in the tires, having the correct amount of air in them will help as well. I run my tires right at 80 psi, mainly because I am always towing or hauling something. But more air pressure helps with firmness.
