Best cam for 351W

What is the best cam for a 351w that gets "good" mpg but awakens the motor a good bit. Torque is the main goal.

What spec are the heads, lifters (hyd or rollers?), valve springs, compression ratio, carb size, and typical RPM range? Auto or manual tranny?

Without more info it's hard to give this kind of info but for a general all around cam I choose this one. Even if it's not 4X4. I've used this cam in many motors and enjoyed them all.
