Ok. I am not a expert. What is battery voltage are the batteries due for replacement (if they are 10 years old they are due ). May want to pull them out and have auto zone and/or advance load test the batteries. They normally do it for free. From what I understand bad batteries and/or alternators can cause havok to FiCM. I was having this problem with intermittant long starts and no starts.... replaced the batteries and GTG.

Whats this FLP

FLP FICM Logic Power (Volts) (Should be 12 volts) TXD: 07E02209CF RXF: 0462450906CF RXD: 3010 MTH: 0064010000000 NAM: FLP

FVP 07E02209CE 0462450906CE 3010 006401000000 name FICMVehicle Power

If you get 12 or so volts for FICM Vehicle Power and 12 or so For FICM Lodgic Power then the relay is Good Watch it for a few make shure you dont loose Power to either when FMP dumps all Power

If you Loose FICM Lodgic Power or FICM Vehicle Power then might be a relay issue check them out lets see what happens

Was your 12.49volts at batterys with truck off Im shure since wont start

All Battery cables including grounds Clean good connections???

Did the Batterys Load test Bad???

How about the alternator did you get it tested????

As long as the FICM ground is bolted to the back stud running another wire wont help and its good
