V10 Vibration

I just bought a 2001 motorhome with a v10 in it. When I am accelerating I get a vibration or pulsing from either the motor or transmission. It seems to be the worst at around 40 to 50 MPH. When I put my foot into it and make the tranny downshift to accelerate to seems to go away. So is it the motor or the tranny? I can't tell. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

Sounds like a bad COP (Coil on Plug).

Not sure on a motorhome. If you have easy access to the top of the engine then it is a very easy fix. 7mm (?) socket and you are good to go. I have swapped out many. Takes just few minutes each.
