Axle Id

Front defferential tag reads, 4 09 D6TA AAE Rear reads, 4 10 D6TA GEB
This is from my 76 F250, 4x4. I'm assuming its the gearing and dana 60. Both stock.

Yep...4.09 front gear and a 4.10 gear gear. However, a better way to ID Dana axles down to the nth degree is to look up its Build Of Material (BOM) number.

Front= D44
Rear= D60
