engine clean
Anybody had their engine shampooed by a dealer? On my HD Chev I had before I tried Ford I had the engine shampooed at the Chev dealership a few times and it really made the engine compartment look a lot sharper. And I am sure the engine ran cooler. I asked one Ford dealership and they said they don't do that but I am going to ask a few other dealerships and see if it can be done. 
Hopefully my radio doesn't cut out completely.

Ya, I saw that after I posted. And I also noticed in the owners manual that certain parts of the engine are to be covered before spraying and to avoid certain areas. I do want to get my engine cleaned though as it just looks cleaner, and newer, and I imagine runs cooler. Not that my engine is overheating but I like my truck to look good everywhere, meaning the exterior, interior, undercarriage, and engine compartment. I even clean the inside of my rims and tires.

Dont try it man, they will blame the radio on it, also it makes you look like you care. You have to seem utterly disgusted with the bad radio.
