This company has an interesting take on customizing a van interior. Never seen anything like this before. Not sure if I'd get it done on a van, but I can certainly see how someone else might. Check it out.
Yea that's a nice concept. I pretty much treat my van like that running the 4 person benching the 2nd position and pulling it for big loads. But I still can't load 4x8 sheets without pulling all the benches. That's a problem.
Why would you feel spammed? The link is to a legit company. Explain.
Not speaking for BB but I think he meant that more in jest!
I got a similar reaction to a thread about a pre-oiler, it appeared I was a shill for the manufacturer which was sooooooooo not the case at all. But.......
That's an interesting conversion for sure although IMHO it reduces the real utility of the van body, at least as I use them anyway. Hauling a family or crew in a larger interior space than found in the "sport trac" type pick up hybrids might be its main appeal?
Interesting link anyway----I don't feel too spammed!

If you had the extended van you'd have 8' behind the front bench.
Actually, when news of the Transit hitting our shores first broke, I went to the web looking for info. I found that in England at least, a "Crew Cab" model was offered that is very similar to this. Seating for 5, bulkhead, it had FWD so the floor was very low. Not sure about getting 4x8 sheets in it though.

You may be right on BB. Either way, I am not going to worry about it too much. I posted the link because I had never seen that kind of conversaion before and thought others here might find it useful. I clicked on the logo at the bottom of the halfback page and it took me to another company that does executive office conversions. That site left me with my jaw gaping! LOL!
They used to make Van-Pickups here in Elkhart, and probably other places. I suppose they were not as long as a crew cab pickup. Similar but many times they had 5th wheel hitches on them. Still see old one's around here once in a while.
