You lose power above 3k RPM?
Like Rusty ask, do you know were on the engine/truck the oil is dripping/leaking?
Without knowing a little more...like do you have any idea where the hum is coming from? Kind of hard to help on that one...is the truck moving or will it hum sitting still?
