Post vacation maintenance items?

I guess I'll have to play it by ear and see what happens as this next change approaches. One thing is for sure, I did the last one myself and it was a total PITA. I'm not too certain I'll be doing them myself in the future. Everything from getting my hands on the filter to finding a pan large enough to hold 7+ quarts and including finding a funnel that will get the oil into the filler hole and not spill it all over the engine makes me never want to do it again. I'd like to thank Ford for reconfiguring the cap and filler to make it damn near impossible to fill with a normal funnel. About as smart as the jack hole who made my boat and put the thru hull fitting for the gas tank on the side of the boat instead of on top of the gunwale. I spray more gas back out the fill port and on to my clothes than I get into the tank.
One thing for certain, my mechanic is cool enough that if I bring him the oil and filter that I want used he'll only charge me the labor to do the change.

Just made a little trip from Littlerock, Arkansas to Fairbanks, Alaska pulling 8k trailer. Odometer was over 4200 getting here including little side trips in parks, etc. Only issue was a cracked windshield from a rock that got slung up by a truck. Not trying to one-up, just trying to verify that you do not need to anything out of the ordinary. I just opened the hood every other morning and checked the oil and fluids and added oil if needed. Think I added a quart total.
