The chrome trim isn't all that hard to find, Dennis Carpenter may reproduce it.. I'm not sure.
Installation is simple, it has tabs that go through the door panel and fold; holding it in place. You will have to drill holes unless you have panels with them already.

I don't think Dennis Carpenter reproduces it. I don't think anybody does. It can be found on most XLT Lariat models from 1980 - 1986. To remove it, you will need to remove the entire door panel, and then take the clips out. Some clips fold over, and others have nutserts holding the chrome trim in place.

OP- I've spent a lot of time shopping online for options to add onto my truck (I don't even have a floor covering haha) and I've yet to see any of that for sale new. If I do I'll shoot you a message.
