It's a shame Ford killed the 4.4. A small engine like that rated around 300 hp should have been able to produce enough power and offer decent fuel economy.
Of course you can't blame Gale for going after the military market. With what they pay for hammers, toilet seats and what not, Banks products might actually seem cheap.
