random slight miss on #4
So I have a random slight miss on cylinder #4. It happens only when the ect is above 210 and seems like stop and go traffic triggers it. This has happened 4 times in about one year. Always a truck restart fixes the problem. Very weird, any ideas?

So this injector has been replaced twice in the 100k Ive owned the truck. The first was one they changed as a package deal to sell me the truck. That one failed completly in 6k miles and was changed out under the 12/12 part warrenty. Any reason for repeated #4 failures? Number 2,6 are factory orginals with 175k on them.
