2002 - escape - left rear window regulator
Looking for a good place to by a replacement. Just over $100 from oreilly and jcwhitney, and I'm drawing a blank on other venues.
Little plastic tab broke on the guide held in place by a metal cap. Probably because the metal cap was only held in place with bent tabs, and it popped out.
Tried to repair, but the cables themselves are so mutilated they won't stay in the guide.

Yeah, if you have time, it's a great option.
The regulator on my wife's 07 Mariner broke the cable this spring. She didn't want to wait for an order to come in so I ended up calling the local Ford dealer in the morning and she was able to pick it up on her way home that afternoon. It cost me about $20 extra, but it was worth it to get her to quit complaining about it.
