wierd electrical issue
so, i jump in my truck, start it up and try to roll the window down.....no power windows working, i also notice the radio has no time displayed as well. I look at it, stare in disbelief, because the truck is running after all and the time appears on the radio's clock. I try the windows again and viola! the windows work. What kind of time delay power supply should I be looking for? Anyone else have this issue ever? I am stumped!

It's a relay inside your instrument cluster going bad. It'll get worse from there. There was a company that fixes them for a couple hundred bucks or so. You send your cluster to them and they fix it and send it back to you.
