EcoBoosts everywhere

Just got back from our camping trip to Myrtle Beach and I couldn't believe how many EcoBoosts there were in the campground. They were everywhere. I want one so bad I can't stand it! I just don't have the funds. How do you EcoBoost drivers like them?

Love is not a strong enough word to explain how much I like this truck. Power and speed is unbelievable. Best truck I have ever owned. I hate to drive the work trucks now. Ford hit a home run on this one!

Driving any other vehicle for me right now is a major let down on power and fuel economy.

We recently made a 400 mile round trip and burned a hair over 16 gallons of gas. My Expy on the same trip consistently uses 22+ gallons and lugs down in the mountains.

My F-150 is a fuel sipping mountain goat.

I wouldn't say love but I do like mine a lot. It runs amazing. Very pleased with how it pulls a trailer. I do think Ford could've done a bit more refinement to the tuning and rear suspension but no vehicle is ever perfect anyway. Get yourself one. I see them all over here as well. The turbos really make a difference up here (6900ft elevation).

if these ecoboost engines can continue to show good reliability and awsome performance this early on, just think what the future holds with these engines.

That's a very good point sir. These engines are very stout and built like a very heavy duty engine such as a diesel. I hope this level of quality and heavy duty construction continues as bad memories of the early build 6.0L, 6.8L and 5.4L engines begin to fade.

I'm an extremely conservative fella and rarely take risks like jumping into a first year engine / drivetrain. I was a 5.0L guy all the way but the salesman brought out my truck and even though it wasn't a pony I had to have it.

This truck / engine combo h as the been the best vehicle I've ever owned to date in terms of the WOW factor, initial quality and over all happiness.
