Any ScangaugeII can read those paramemters, but you need to custom-program the Scangauge X-gauges for EOT and FICM voltage - I have just spent the past half hour learning how to do it, as it happens... Here is a link with all of the custom codes required.
Basically you use the buttons to slowly enter the codes, then you have programmed a custom gauge for what you need to read. The Scangauge instructions are at the bottom of the PDF. Thanks to whoever compiled that - it is very useful indeed!
No, you do it yourself. It just takes time, and figuring out how to do it. Now, if you go the easy route and hire a 12 year old kid to do it for you (which I may have to do...) then the deal is between you and the kid...
One trick to remember on the custom programming of the xgauges is that xgauge #24 displays first AFTER the preprogrammed gauges, then 23, 22, etc. I alphabetized my custom gauges starting with A=24, b=23, etc.

This is actually where the 12 year old kid comes in handy - they seem to understand programming these computer based gauges instinctively. I am buying mine direct from the Canadian distributor and the shop owner is going to program it for me based on the codes I sent him. Then I will show up at his store, and he will plug it in and make sure it works for me.
I have one, the codes take maybe 15 min. to do and if they don't work it's pretty easy to see where you messed up and redo them.
The above links are what i followed to get my EOT EFT and FCM x-gauges and it's transferable between vehicles with a simple re-setup I.E. from diesel to gas engine.
