Broken ground wire (orange)???

Broken ground wire (orange)???
Hi all. I'm in the middle of replacing the lower intake on my '89 bronco 351w. There is a ground wire bolted to the stud at the driver's side rear of the upper intake. The other end is not attached to anything and I was wondering if anyone could tell me where it should be connected?

Not sure about the 351, could it be the ground for the wiper motor?? It sounds like it's in the right neighborhood for it...

There is a ground wire as scooby stated from the wiper motor on the firewall to the back of the intake on my 90(5.0) it's black.I do remember a orange wire from my rebuild last year that went from the fuel rail to the manifold.It's hard to see with the upper intake on.
