Electronic 4x4 Quit Working
2000 superduty, since I didn't order it new it has the switch on the dash. Used 4x4 to climb a small hill. Parked truck. Next morning backing out of garage, realize that 4x4 still engaged, flip switch to 2x4. 4x4 light stays on. Get out, unlock hubs. Drive to work, 15 miles. About half way there the light shut off. I just figure it wasn't ready. This last weekend need 4x4 to back my camper up a hill - nothing! Fortunately it's a Ford and it did it anyway. Simple as a fuse? Or... Thanks man.
