Hi guys I have oil dripping and have traced it to the HPOP Discharge lines. So I ordered the 7 o ring rebuild kit from clay. Now Im looking at am I able to take the lines off with out taking the pump and fuel bowl out? and If not Im thinking of doing the "non serviceable plug" while its out. and maybe rebuilding the fuel bowl
Assuming that you're not cash-limited, I would recommend doing the complete effort you've described (remove HPOP, non-servicable plug, HPOP connector o-rings & gasket, and Fuel bowl rebuild kit. There's nothing like eliminating a future leak proactively (in your own timing, at your own pace, in the presence of all your tools, and the freedom to take a break as you need) instead of having it hit you when you're away from home and tools.

Well I rather not spend the $75 if i can fix the leak with just the Orings for the discharge lines. The main question is can it be fixed with out pulling the pump and fuel bowl?
Yes, it can be, but it is a difficult task trying to get those inner o-rings out while on the truck. I would definitely say it is worth the extra trouble of removing the HPOP.... unless you want to add the trouble of removing just the fittings from the HPOP, cleaning out those threads, and re-installing, but this is a very tedious task and you won't be able to remove the "cleaned out" thread locker from your HPOP which could allow it to then pass forward into your injectors and cause pluggage problems there.
All-in-all, removing the HPOP is the best thing to do, in my opinion.

Ok thats why I was asking because I was going to remove the fittings to replace the oring
