Brembo brakes

Looking at getting new pads and rotors since my Expy hit 70k last week. I've only heard good things about the Brembos. But everywhere I look, I see that the pad and rotor package specifically says 97-99. I have a 2000 so i'm wondering if this will still work? Also, will the Brembo rotor still fit under stock wheels?

What I do is go to Napa online or OReilly online and check part numbers for different years. If they call for the same part number then you're fine otherwise check the interchangeablitiy.

if its the brembo package that i have seen, then no, your stock wheel will not work since the rotor is 13"s or so. and the set costs around 3 grand.

I think he's referring to Brembo's OEM brakes. They make OEM sizes for most makes and models. This is their core business (volume). Prices should be close to other replacement brake prices so if available then certainly worth considering.

There's also a brake pad and rotor package that i've seen for about $300. I can't seem to find it anymore, but I think adding a Brembo slotted rotor at that price is a steal. I've seen the $3000 package and it's little out of my range.

I believe the 2000's went from 12mm wheel studs to 14mm as the only change in brake specs.
