Raise the right front of the truck, put it on a jackstand, and remove the right front tire.
The third bolt is inboard on the top and you'll probably need an extension or two of just the right length to get a socket solidly on it.
Once the wheel is out of the way, it gets easier. With the wheel installed, it's close to impossible.
