Steering/Front end help
I've got an 05 4x4 thats having a little trouble. The power steering pump is getting a little weak. I flushed the system and saw some little bits of what I am assuming is corroded metal. There are no leaks, whines, or hard spots. Its just weak. Aside from the steering not being super strong, I am getting a pretty good bump steer. The alignment is good but the truck is a little sensitive to road crown. My question is if their are other components that could be causing the bump steer. The ball joints are good. Tie rod ends? Rack? Any help would be good as I am going to replace the pump soon. Thanks. Also, tires are not big- 275 65 18.
