Floor vents only
I read on the FAQs that the ventilation systems default is set for defrost. What could be the problem if the system is stuck on the floor vents?

Either the floor/panel is physically stuck in the floor position or there is a vacuum fault that applies full vacuum to the vacuum motor for that panel.
