Props to Autoplicity
Hey guys, I dont know if you've ever shopped at Autoplicity before but I wanted to give them some props. I ordered the Rancho shock/lift combo for the discount card, and a full set of Moog tie rod ends to stop some wander in my front end. Someone from Autoplicity called me yestarday and apologized because their parts buyer had picked up cheap chinese knock off's of the Moog's and they wanted to know if I wanted a refund for just the tie rods or the whole system. I dont think most companies would even check what they're sending out let alone call the customer and let them know they cannot fill their order anymore. From now on, I'll be looking at Autoplicity first for my parts. Not only are they cheaper than most other places I've been looking, but honesty goes a long way with me.
