ok, so out of no where, the wipers will constantly stay on, and the horn doesnt work.
the fuses are good
the relays are good
the multi function switch is good (unplugged it and wipers still stayed on)
what could this be?
ive heard of this thing called a GEM module could be causing the problem? what is this?
please help!
thanks!

Hi neighbor from N Dighton
I too have had this happen but it went away. If I am correct one terminal
on the wiper motor is hot for its automatic return, it could be? Then there
is intermitant as well as the washer then it just could be the entire switch.
Mine just let go for no rear stop light Napa's around $150 for this switch.
These things have gotton into a wire nightmare. Horn likely the relay, get
out the old test light if you can even find the relay. My "quote" wipers should
have switch on dash, high beams, switch should be on the floor. I
dont have a book that new, I only go to 1997 one on those Hanes books
from Pep Boys thats got all the wiring diagrams. I still think its the return
to park thats messed up. sam
