Crossing over!!!
Well although Im a 6.0 owner I have recently became a V10 owner as well. Well its actually for the wife but Im the one that gets to care for it. Just thought Id show it off. Its a 2001 2wd Limited. And as for the random tractor pics, gotta show that I still support the diesel world even if its not a Ford.

Hate to chime in on the MPG, but my neighbor traded his 350 with the 7.3 for a newer 350 with the V10. Every week he cries on the amount of fuel that it sucks down. He says with a good tail wind and a soft foot on that skinny pedal, he can sometimes coax 10 MPG unloaded. He sometimes pulls a 24' toy hauler, and when he does I can feel for his pain, he claims that he gets 7.. Yikes and I thought my 16 in the diesel 4wd CC was marginal.

Im not concerned with fuel economy. That's my fil's trailer but I got the 6.0 for that. This is basically a kid hauler/grocery getter to replace her 97 suburban.

Well then you made the right choice. A 6.0L diesel Excursion would NOT have made a wise choice for this duty.
