Education (Greywolf please read)
lol..i am pretty much the same here..in gifted classes..and im not one of those people that go and learn 500 words to be able 2 receit them the next day..i use things in real life situations, hw sucks..I hate doing it..and its quite boring doing the stuff my little brother is doing in 6th grade..seriously, in geography right NOW, we are studying about rotation of the earth, revolution, climate, all that ##### everyone knows, but my little brother (not in any advanced classes) is doing the same #####......is this a waste of time or what?I do however want to become a Pediatrictian w/ at least a high level of knowledge in the disabilties of kids at birth and that sort of field, I work with MR (mentally retarded) people all the time, and we constantly have a foster child that has it, half of my family is adopted and has disablities of some sort (through fostercare), I do have to work hard enough to get my grades up in the 3.8+ range to get the scholarships i want, BS at our basic college here in town and then MD at KU, Luckily for me I am really active in things, like archery (on the state 4-H recurve team this year) and shoot for recreation/hunting, and I do things with elementary school kids, volunteer, volunteer at the hospital, all kinds of things....but the school work is what sucks the most..i know i can at least pull off a good SAT/ACT/PSAT score, I took the ACTs in 7th grade and got a 21 overall, not too bad haha, good enough to get into our college here, hopefully i'll get where i want to be someday....as long as school doesnt burn me out....
