I have an SCT handheld tuner 3015 SF3. Any opinions on custom tunes for this? Looking to put one on there that is in between the 65HP tow tune and the 105HP street tune. Thanks Guys

 

inovativediesel.com or gearheadautomotivepreformance.com both have tune writers, get gauges with egt before you tune over your 105 hp. My 150 hp tune can get over 1300 degrees real quick unloaded. You might want to get head studs before you head too far down this path. And 4" exhaust

 

Thanks, Ihave heard the Innovative tunes are good, I'm not planning on going above 105, I'm just trying to find a happy medium for drivability. The 105 feels nice but it's a little much for daily driving IMO. Thanks

 

The best tunes for the SCT were Spartans before he brought out the Phalanx. And he released them to public domain.

Nevermind. My GoogleFu worked. Sounds like the public domain tunes suck. Wouldn't mind trying the pre-released tunes that weren't neutered
