Back again. :(

I rang CPP regarding their brake master cylinder\servo\pedal kit for the 49 F1 but got nowhere fast, i dont understand as they sell them !!
It appears the outlet size at the master cylinder is 1\2" and i need to be able to reduce that[to 3\8" male fitting ?] so i can use 3\16 brake pipe. Is there an all in one reducer that i can buy from somewhere?

You need to have a master cylinder outlet bolt: 91A-2077

Ford Pickup Truck Master Cylinder Outlet Fitting Bolt - With Squirt Hole - F1, F100, F2, F250, F3 & F350 - MAC's Antique Auto Parts

These Washers:

91A-2152

Ford Pickup Truck Brake Line Copper Washer - .500" ID - At Front Of Brass Block On Master Cylinder - MAC's Antique Auto Parts

91A-2151

Ford Pickup Truck Brake Line Copper Washer - 7/16" ID - At Master Cylinder - MAC's Antique Auto Parts

And this outlet manifold:

8C-2076

Ford Pickup Truck Master Cylinder Outlet Fitting - F1 & F100 - MAC's Antique Auto Parts

The manifold feeds the two front wheel lines, and the one line that runs to the rear.

The above presumes a stock setup.

Thank you very much indeed, thats much appreciated.

Btw i'm sure this is a GM master cylinder i take it those fittings are the same thread etc?

Also as you look at the master cylinder under the hood, the 2 right hand side outlets are used for the rear brake compensator leaving 2 outlets for the fron brakes.
Which do i use for the fronts?
I assume that 3 way fitting is used to tee off the front left and right side?

And would you happen to know what size the male fitting is going into flexible brake pipe?

One last thing the brake kit with chevy calipers came without the banjo bolts to attach said hoses, does the same place also do those?

You setup seems to be a modification. The stock system uses a master cylinder that is mounted under the drivers seat and uses drum, not disc brakes. As such, my advise above my not be applicable. Fortunately for you, there are others on this forum who may have used the firewall mounted conversion you are speaking of and can chime in.
