I am toying with the idea of either removing the check valve or is it really worth buying upgraded bolts. Looking for Pros/Cons opinions whatever you got. I have an 03 Sep built 350 Thanks
I replaced my banjo bolts with ones from the 6.4L Powerstroke. They don't have the check valves and they have two extra holes in the shank for more fuel to the injectors. I got mine from KLM Performance just go to KLMStore.com 18.70 for two bolts. Real easy to install, the only thing, for the drivers side it' s easier to to take the cold side CAC tube off. Torque the bolts to 18 FT/LB. Hope that helps.
