i have a 77 f150 that had factory air. a previous owner had taken the compressor and the condesor off i was wondering if there was and other years i could take that stuff off of.

Anything 73-79 should work. Other years may work as well, but I was able to check a parts catalog that confirms the 73-79 range.

Why not just buy new? You'll know what you're getting and have a warranty.

They expensive new, but is the route to go if you want A/C
