Power fold mirrors...

Both mirrors started sticking at the exact same time. At first they wouldn't fold in, then the passenger side only folded halfway out. The driver's side stutters in and out.

I'm pretty sure their independent. Coincidence they both malfunctioned the same time?

Have you tried to get in there a grease the mechanisms? It is strange.

Not yet. They're working perfectly normal now. Driver's side is even a hair bit slower just like the day I bought it.

One of mine stutters a littl bit too. Can't remember which side. They both close/open at different speeds

If you look closely, It appears the passenger side is mounted at a shallower angle. I've noticed this on my buddy's truck from the passenger's prospective too.
