C-6 Parts Compatable Question

C-6 Parts Compatable Question
I have a "junk" 1989 F150 4WD running a rebuilt 351 W with a rebuilt C6. I have access to a 1986 E-350, 351 W, with a blown C6. Will the tail shaft from the E-350 work on the output of the 1989 C6? Any other caveats? BTW, I plan to transplant the rebuilt 351 W and newly configured C6 into a third 2WD truck.
