Does anybody know how much of the wiring harness I would need from a 07 crown Vic to make sure I get the motor running with efi? I'm talking to a guy about buying the motor with motor wiring harness and computer but don't know if I need more of the wiring?

The price for the harness is $850 at thedetailzone.com web site. Your ECM would have to be reprogramed to work. I used the harness for a 1995 4.6 and am well satisfied spending the money for it. You get every circuit that was in the original ECM, not just what is needed to run the engine. Sounds pricey but after looking at the original harness to work the engine and transmission I thought it was a good investment.
I found these web sites so I hope they have what you need. I was given a 89 Lincoln Town Car with low miles (65000) running great, just started it up today after to 3 years sitting out back, free is good. I wanted to us the EFI and AOD, not so sure about the air ride suspension. Have fun and good luck. Ford EFI Swap and Fuel Injection Technical Library
