Where to pull Vacuum from?

Where to pull Vacuum from?

2008 5.4L. Where is the best place to test vacuum? I don't see any valves below throttle body on the intake. Do I take it from one of the valve cover ports?

what do you need vacuum for,gauge or something else?

Just to check vacuum with a hand gauge for general troubleshooting.
