Correct 74 Clearance Marker cab lights?

Correct 74 Clearance Marker cab lights?
Hi-I have a 74 F350 SCS Ranger XLT. I am considering adding the cab marker/clearance lights but I only want to add the ones that are correct for this model year. I've seen a couple of different sets and I realize that many may have been dealer add ons so the consistency may be lacking. Does anyone know which ones were the correct ones? I'd like the ones with the chrome base, if those were correct. Pics?
