Help decode my codes
I have an 89 f150, 300 6 cyl and manual 5 speed. I installed the jumper wire in the diagnostic ports, and the light flashed 6 times paused then 7 times, paused then 6 times, and then 7 times again. after a longer pause it flashed 1,1,4,3,1,4,1,8,7,9,6. Thats alot of codes. after this I did the engine running test, it flashed 3 times (6 cyl) I cranked the steering wheel and then returned it, I saw no flash telling me to press the accelerator and no codes were displayed after that. any ideas?

Is it a manual transmission? If so, for some reason the six cylinder trucks require you to hold the clutch on the floor while running the tests. Looks like you have code 67 (I think related to the clutch switch), 14, 31, 41, 87, and 96.
