sorry.. thought it was an 11 or 12 F250 upgrade.. i paid $30k to get out of my 08 dually to a 12 F250.
may have a use for a 350 and just exploring the impact of not doing it before.. (altho the ones we drove were much noisier in cab than the 250s)
Reps are short for Reputation, which is basically compliments for helping out or making a good joke, stuff like that. Just an indicator that you are a good guy...
P.S> - Got out of jail today Demon...you've been repped

bla, bla, bla, I have the 2011 f250 w/ airlift bags, I pull a 40' toyhauler, put the golf cart and full dresser harley in the back and go down the road weighing in at an estimated 16,000-16,500 and it pulls and stops fantastic, no sway or anything. And of course,,, plenty of pulling power.
I've heard thiers only a spring differance in the f350 thats all. Happy Travels......fiver....
You can say that, even with the attitude (bla).
You can drive around like that all you want.
Whether its your fault or not, if you rear end a family in their minivan, being over weight like that, the legal issues will pile up very fast, and it would be very ugly if any fatalities are involved.
If you're not over weight, no prob. But you are way over 10k on your drive vehicle. The dang door sticker rules over all common sense, reality.
I moved from a 2010 F250 to a 2011 350 dually. both were LB 4x4 diesels, but the old one was just a XLT, which served me well, but the new one was the ultimate Lariate, leather seats, heated/cooling, sunroof, etc. Cost me the difference between the two is all, I was lucky that the dealer really wanted a newer 250 like that. Probably had a customer already lined up. Very happy with the more comfortable towing ride too. No airbags needed, and towing 15,500 down the road is more stable than I thought it would be. I reallly didn't think the 250 did a bad job, but after getting everything weighed, I was surprised that I was over so much.
And for 2010 at least, the 250 had a smaller rear axle than the 350, even though a lot of people will tell you it was only springs and rear block, but for that year and I don't know what others, they are wrong.
Dually trucks are different. We refer to 350SRW trucks when we say that it's the same truck with taller blocks. Dually opens up a whole different world.

I'm very aware of that ruschejj. I was refering to the 250 and 350 SWR trucks only. Because of that fact is why I jumped up to the 350 Dually. I was not refering to the different axle on the dually. I was comparing just the two SRW trucks.
