You guys must of heard about the flooding at the duluth zoo. Like 11 animals drowned overnight from the 9" of rain up there.
That happened in Vermont last august when tropical storm irene hit us. 5-9" of rain in a lot of areas in central and southern Vermont. Lost a lot of roads, bridges and homes
