Ok it is the correct filter....................

PF L2016
The PF L2016 oil filter replacement element kit services the engine mounted top-load oil filter on the Ford Power StrokeŽ 6.0L and 6.4L diesel engines (model year 2003-current). The PF L2016 filter incorporates Racor engineered filter media, designed to meet stringent OEM performance requirements at a competitive price. The PF L2016 oil filter is an environmentally friendly cartridge that incorporates the Racor patented “key” that guarantees that the PF L2016 conforms to all OEM specifications.

Well, I got the truck all washed and purrrrtied up! I also got the oil changed in the car too!

What a nice day! A perfect end to a perfect weekend!

Thanks for posting that pic Troy. Cannot post directly because I am no longer supporting (paying) this site.

Jay I don't think that turbo could make 450 hp if the truck is was in had 449 hp to begin with, LOL

Hello again guys.

I finally mowed tonight also. Yikes! That was a hayfield.

Started the assembly of the dirt bike motor tonight. Got the two halves together and I am part way through the clutch portion. Feels good to be making progress finally. And it seems to be shifting through the gears.

Mike I think it was you that said the microfiche and my book did not agree on where the shift forks went. You were right. My manual is wrong. I switched the two on the right side opposite of what the manual shows and it works fine. Put them in the other way and the shift drum would not even turn to move the gears. D'oh!

I do believe you are correct. Something didn't look right in that book. At least you got it figured out.
