2000 ford excursion a/c problems

I have a 2000 ford excursion v10 limited. the ac was busted in it so i recharged it with one of the freon cans after i filled it again i squirted soap water on the evaporator to see if there was any leaks, it started bubbling from one. i was wondering if anybody knows how to remove the evaporator and if it is a complicated job

Thanks,
Steve

Yes, removing the evaporator is a complicated job.

Step one. REMOVE THE ENTIRE DASH!

Step two...

But wait...if you squirted soap on it you'd know that. So what did you really squirt soap on? The condenser maybe? Was it behind the grill?
