I've been reading about the durastroke turbo as much as I can since finding out about it (just yesterday), but I can't seem to find a website that lists details and price, etc. The only thing I can find are posts on various boards. What's the story with this? Anyone have any further info other than what is on the boards? I'm very interested, but need more details!

Well, his claims sound impressive but even if his power numbers and spool-up times are as he says.... how will these turbos stand the test of time? Will a guy get years of reliable service out of them as you do with the Garrett setups? I haven't looked into the warranty on a Powermax but I am pretty sure they will over more than the 6 month warranty being offered by this Mad Turbo Werks dude.

He is probably ramping up production, to meet his demand. With a power max, you could
get a replacement in less than a week. With him, who knows?

If you go with a powermax just make sure you get your tunes updated for it.
It will make a big difference.

the whole idea of running more air than fuel has been a known power formula for decades. thats why all race cars run leaner, it also burns a lot hotter as a result.

I just had a Powermax installed on my 2005 F250. It felt fairly close to stock with the stock tune, maybe slightly better, but woke right up with an SRL+ tune and now runs better, stronger and faster than it ever has. I recommend the Powermax.

The powermax needs the tunes for it to run good.
It also helped lag when I got my FICM tuned.
And it sounds SOOOOOOO SWEET !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
