I have two younger teen brothers and they are so funny. The older one is gonna be getting this truck so I make him help me when I go wrench spinning to learn a thing or two. Hopefully I can brainwash the other one into buying a 94-95 Bronco! I really like those...
I did go to Houston once and it turns out they had been driving the truck with the cut-out open! hahhaha I was like "Mike, that is illegal!" He laughed very hard, and swore never to uncap it again without me. Besides it is important to have a half decent ride going into High School...a hot 392 should move pretty well.
But, like I said earlier "...besides it is better to be fast and sneaky than slow and loud."
Guys
the ultraflow dynomax bullets (2.5/2.5 out) are the best bang for the buck. I think they sound much much better than any Flow! besides, they are cheap! If u like glasspacks, check out the thrush packs. I have those too and they are sweet sounding. Guess it all comes down to personal preferences! just my .02
Ben
I have the welded d.max ultraflows I really like them. They don't resonate at all, but I have them on a 6, so I won't guess at what they would sound like on a V-8
Millertime:
Yeah I was going to school the same time she was. Didn't talk to her much tho, I think she graduated my junior year in '99.
I just ordered that setup I priced out yesterday. It'll be here sometime next week. Can't wait to put it on... hopefully it'll still rumble on the outside and be quiet on the inside. Since I chopped off my cat I wouldn't dare put on a bullet LOL You'd hear me from a couple miles away with that thing
I think i have decided on Dynomax, but i have another question. I want a loud sound so should i get Ultra Flo or Super Turbo? Keep in mind i will have high flo cats.
LOL, ford_nut I honestly thought about getting the bullets at one time. But since I cut off my second cat there's no way I'd do it now. I have to crank my stereo to drown out the rumble as it is right now
