Looking for 48-50 Grill Part
OK, I am looking at experimenting on my front end. I have a 51-2 grill (bar, teeth, and light housings) that I am thinking of trying to shorten to fit in my 50 front end (I know, it won't look correct, but I just finished the body work on the fenders and then found the 51 grill parts).
What I am thinking of trying is to do is narrow the 51 grill to fit and use the outer parts of the 50 grill to tie it together with the fenders. That being said, it will be an experiment and I want to keep my 50 grill together in case the experiment goes poorly.
Does anyone have a bad 48-50 grill and be interested in selling the outer parts (not the bars, just the dogleg shaped parts that the headlight buckets bolt to) for a cheap experiment?

Someone with a great looking grill wanting to change it over to the gawd-awful manure spreader, buck toothed behemoth of the later tucks? Will the madness never end?
Whats next? dogs and cats sleeping together? oil and water mixing? what?
