SuperCab color options
in doing the body work and paint prep on my SuperCab, I realized something. every 80-86 SuperCab i've ever seen has been two tone.
did SuperCab trucks come in single colors, or is it just that when people bucked up for the cab, they'd also buck up for paint and trim options?
regardless, my truck is going to look like an absolute base model when I'm done, just have a soft spot for the look.

I don't know the answer to your question, but reading through the '81 brochure again it looks to me like you nailed it - if you ordered a SuperCab you were into big bucks anyway, so why not do the paint as well?

I've seen single color SuperCab one tons (work truck, makes sense) but yeah, in half tons, not so much. in the end I'm painting and trimming it to look like my last truck, but with the SuperCab of this truck.
