460 - Misfiring, sputtering under load?!?
Hi,
I just got back from my first towing experience in my 87 f250 with a 460 and 3spd auto. The tow out was fine except for the headwind. but my trip back I started having a hesitation, or missfiring when going up hills. The truck was running fine on the flats, but as soon as I got to hills it would sputter at what seemed like randon intervals....
Any ideas on what to check? could it be a bad tank of gas?
